TRX & BOSU WORKOUT
Equipment
You will need a BOSU Balance Trainer and 1 of the following, a TRX PRO3, a TRX GO, a TRX BASIC.
Directions
Do each exercise and rest 30 seconds before moving on to the next. Once you’ve completed one round (set) of doing each exercise, rest 1 minute and then repeat again. Do 3 to 5 rounds (sets) total.
Exercise #1 (below) - TRX Squats - 20 Reps. Go as low as you can while keeping good form.
Exercise #2 (below) - BOSU Lunges - 20 reps. Put one foot on BOSU & do 1 leg at a time.
Exercise #3 (below) - TRX Push-Ups - 20 Reps
Exercise #4 (below) - BOSU Tilts - 20 Reps
Exercise #5 (below) - TRX Back Rows - 20 Reps
Exercise #6 (below) - BOSU Dumbbell Superman - 20 Reps
Exercise #7 (below) - TRX Sit-ups (with or without rotation) - 20 Reps
Exercise #8 (below) - BOSU Leg Raise (Reverse Crunch) - 20 Reps
